The general manager, Roy, was willing to compromise and honor a price, which we got quoted. The funeral director, Mike S., demonstrated the utmost professionalism and explained details of the whole process over the phone. Hayley M., provided a full list of documents we needed within a timely manner. I want to give a special thumbs up to Mr. Cordell W., who was more than helpful at the cemetery. Our family gratefully gives this group of staff a five-star rating.
